How long does shipping take, and does UpReach deliver worldwide?
We ship our products worldwide. Shipping times always depend on the country. For example, within the European Union, we usually deliver our rental devices within 4-5 business days.
If you're purchasing hardware, we deliver the freshly produced goods within 4 weeks after payment is received.
How far in advance do I need to book the UpReach photo booth?
We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests too.

Is the hardware set up by the UpReach team before shipping?
Yes, it's our goal that our customers don't have to do any installations or configurations. Just unpack it, plug it in, and get started!
What preparations do I need to make as a customer for the hardware installation?
Our hardware can vary quite a bit in size and weight. If you plan to set it up yourself, we always recommend having several people for both assembly and disassembly. Also, make sure there's a power supply available.

That really depends on what you book! We offer a variety of modules, from basic equipment to special add-ons. You can customize your photo booth in the shop or contact us for a tailored quote. This way, we can make sure you get exactly what fits your event best.
How is the hardware set up?
Setting it up varies depending on the model. But don't worry, we provide detailed instructions, and you can even opt for our setup service if you like.
